12-2:30pm: "Lovable: A Workshop for Survivors, Healers and Precious Humans", with Kandee Lewis and Beth Ribet.
Join Beth and Kandee for lunch, group artwork, and discussion about identifying and working through barriers to self-love. This workshop is a welcoming space for survivors of violence and trauma, and for anyone looking for support in practicing self-love.
3-4:30pm: "Healing with Touch" with Emily Schalick.
Join Emily Schalick, licensed massage therapist, to learn more about using touch safely and consensually for comfort, connection, and healing.
5-7pm: "Joy! A Storytelling Event", hosted by Shantel Vachani, and featuring storytellers: Perla Aragon, Robert A. Carey, Rabbi Susan Goldberg, and Danette Wilson.
Join our amazing host and storytellers for stories about creating and sustaining joy in the midst of the challenges and heartaches that make up our contemporary world.
