UCLA Law Review Symposium

Repair partnered with the UCLA Law Review as a sponsor of the 2015 Law Review Symposium, “Examining the Roots of Human Trafficking and Exploitation," on January 29-30 at the UCLA Campus.

Repair co-director, Beth Ribet, served as faculty advisor to the symposium, gave the welcome address on Thursday, January 29th, and Chaired the closing panel on Friday, January 30th. Repair co-director Claudia Pena chaired the opening plenary on Friday, January 30th, and facilitated the Q&A after the keynote address by California Attorney General, Kamala D. Harris. We were also grateful to several of Repair's Board Members, Julian Aguon, Alina Ball, and Lorraine Bonner for their participation in the program, and to Repair’s counsel, UCLA Vice-Provost Christine Littleton, for her participation, and support of the event.
